Christians are like Pumpkins

Being a Christian is like being a pumpkin. God lifts you up, takes you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. He opens you up, touches you deep inside and scoops out all the yucky stuff-- including the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside you to shine for all the world to see. C.R.E.W. Blog: This is a spot for the JWC Crew to hang out to talk about our youth, up coming events, and most importantly witness. The youth of JWC is named "JWC C.R.E.W." which stands for "Creating Revival Every Where". Where there's fire, there's revival. Where there is revival there is growth.

That is the stated purpose of the CREW Youth Ministries Youth Team. We are going to connect with young people on a personal level, equip them with the tools of the gospel to have an abundant life, lead them into a life of holiness, and give them opportunity to be used of God with their talents, gifts, and callings. The JWC "C.R.E.W." leadership is committed to enriching the youths' lives by teaching the word of God in a way that connects with their generation, by helping create an atmosphere where God is allowed to move in their lives, and by assembling the youth in both church and non-church activities.
