Chicot State Park Camping Trip with Landmark UPC

On Oct. 26th and 27th, we will be joining Landmark UPC (Youth Pastor David Daigle) for a weekend long camping trip to Chicot State Park. Cost will be $15 per student, and will cover your sleeping area and your eats. If your interested in going, we do need to have a count before next week; so please get with your cell servant or Youth Pastor Nate and let us know. Its going to be a great time!

Anonymous said...: Nathan, I must say I am very impressed with the youth website..I have viewed many different church websites, both in our denomonation and not, many that have thousands in membership, and I can honestly say that this is the best youth site I've seen by far. I think it's great that our youth has an outlet to connect and interact outside of the church setting. Awesome! Anyway, I just wanted to say that I think the site is great, but I did want to point out one thing...It is not Chico State Park, it's Chicot State Park...And it's not pronounced Chee-Co, it's pronounced She-Co! It drives me insane when people mispronounce it! And trust me, as a native of Ville Platte, I know i'm right..Of course, that's besides the point, b/c I'm always right anyway, but I digress...HaHa...Anyway, great job with the youth and this site...I just may join you guys on that trip to SHE-CO! Love You Both,
